Sorry it's been so long, I've been really busy lately! I have just finished a week working with the make-up artist that is Louise Constad, which was such an amazing experience. Then the Saturday just gone was my birthday, so I've been celebrating that.
This was an 'outfit of the day' post that my boyfriend helped me with about 2 weeks ago, and I've been meaning to share it ever since. I think he takes such amazing pictures and I'm so lucky to have him. He dropped his own work commitments to help me out with my blog, so a special thank you is definitely in order!
I decided to create my own take on double denim, but made sure it was two completely different shades. I recently bought this shirt from Zara and I absolutely love it. It's so comfortable and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. I then wore a pastel pink loose vest under the shirt, which added to the casual vibe. I love shape of this vest so much, because it has quite a high neckline, but still looks pretty and summery. My grey jeans are from Topshop and I've had these for about a year now. They're definitely a go-to piece in my wardrobe and are easily paired with most things. I then pieced this look together with my nude leather high heel sandals from Zara. Then to finish this look, I wore my Céline Shadow, Black and Tort/Brown Gradient sunglasses, as the weather that day was really sunny.
Me and my boyfriend went to Greenwich for something to eat and just wanted to have a relaxed stroll. So in terms of my make-up I went really natural and just wore neutral shades. So I just used a bronzer as an eyeshadow and contour, for the main features of the look. Although I still wanted to make a little effort with my outfit, I didn't want to dress up too much as it was still daytime.
